About this website
ModularMicros.IO is operated by Mike J Douglass, trading as Modular Micros, based in Connecticut, United States. Modular Micros is a business name, not an incorporated company. Contact hello@modularmicros.io with questions.
This is a pre-launch information website. It does not accept product orders or payments. Newsletter signup, when available, is optional and does not commit you to a purchase. These terms address website use, not future product sales.
Product information
MM-Series descriptions and illustrations introduce products in development. Features, specifications, availability and release plans may change. Illustrations may be conceptual rather than photographs of finished hardware. Information on this website is not a binding offer to supply products or a guarantee of a release date. Command responses shown on the site are examples, not a connection to a live device.
Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or misuse its forms. The information is introductory and is not a substitute for product instructions or advice appropriate to your project.
Ownership of content
Text, logos and graphics belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view the website and retain copies for personal, non-commercial reference. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant owner's permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that pre-launch information will remain current. We may update or withdraw content. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy notices.
Responsibility and your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections or other statutory rights available to you under applicable US or UK law. Subject to those protections, the site is provided for general information and we do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from reliance on pre-launch information.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information and cookie choices are handled for visitors, including relevant UK and US rights.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Connecticut law and applicable US federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. This does not prevent a UK consumer from relying on applicable mandatory UK protections or bringing proceedings in a court where the law gives them that right. We do not require compulsory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights through these terms.
Updates
We may revise these terms as the site develops. The current version and date will appear here. Any future store will have separate terms covering purchases, delivery, returns and other sales matters.
